Mushrooms, Hedgehogs & Sheep | Mug Cosy Making
Mug cosies need to come with a warning: they are addictive.
Addictive to make, and they're addictive to use. I love having a mug cosy to keep my tea warm and brighten my cup at the same time. It just makes the tea drinking ritual that bit more lovely.
I've finished my Woodland Mug Cosies, as you can see above, and I also made a sheep one too. They're all Organic Cotton, and are finished with an Australian handmade wooden button, so they're very luxurious and 100% handmade.
I love watching the little pictures appear as I knit - first the hedgehog's feet, then their little face and nose until the whole hedgehog is there. And likewise with the mushrooms and sheep.
I'll be publishing the patterns for the Magical Mushroom and Happy Hedgehog Cosies here next week, I'm planning on it being early next week but we'll see. In the meantime, all of these cosies are available to buy in my shop here. Shipping is free Australia wide!
If you'd like to know the instant the patterns are available you can subscribe here and the email will land right in your inbox. I'll announce it on Instagram too, of course.
Now, I'd love to know what you've been making lately.
And would you use a mug cosy to keep tea warm or as a coffee sleeve? Perhaps it would keep your hot chocolate cosy!
Have a lovely weekend!
